I am Greg Morgan. I am married to Lindy and have two grown daughters and two grandsons. I am the owner and manager of a small engineering company specialising in steel fabrication for the construction industry, predominantly servicing commercial builders, high-rise buildings, that sort of thing. I have a small team of around 20 and have been in the industry around 35 years working on some iconic projects such as the Sky Tower.
I am a keen fisherman and boatie enjoying time on the water with my family. We have lived in the Franklin area for almost 30 years where our children have grown up and enjoyed the community and lifestyle it offers.
I joined the board at Mai Lighthouse to try and make a contribution to the community that has been so good to my family and I.
I have been on the board a number of years and am currently the board chair.
I believe the skills gained over the time, I have been in business, to be of value to the board and hope that together with the enthusiastic board members we have all we need to achieve the strategic goals set out in our plan.
