It is a privilege to serve as Co-Chair and Board Governor of Mai Lighthouse. I am committed to ensuring our governance is purposeful, strategic, and grounded in the needs of our community. Mai Lighthouse plays a vital role in strengthening wellbeing, and I am proud to contribute to an organisation that works alongside whānau with care, integrity, and impact.

Alongside this role, I serve as Principal of Glenbrook School and as an Executive member of the New Zealand Principals’ Federation. These roles deepen my understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing our tamariki, whānau, and communities, and strengthen my commitment to connected, community-focused leadership.

In my governance role, I focus on supporting strong stewardship, clear direction, and sustainable growth so that Mai Lighthouse can continue to respond effectively to the evolving needs of our community. I value collaboration, accountability, and ensuring that our decisions reflect both evidence and the voices of those we serve.

Ehara taku toa i te toa takitahi, engari he toa takitini.
Tēnā koutou, tēnā koutou, tēnā koutou katoa.
